Last week we granted our final Wish for 2023 for the lovely Eric, this Wish was urgent and our amazing BLW Team worked hard to get everything we needed for Eric's Wish Day.

Everyone at Port Vale FC from the Shop Staff right through to the Teams Captain for helping us with this Wish as Eric has been a lifetime fan. You helped us make his Wish very special with all the signed club merchandise, a personal video message for Eric and everything we ordered from the shop which got to us super quick.

Gourmet Queens for providing delicious Winter afternoon tea boxes & Staff treats for everyone working on Eric's Wish Day at his Hospice. These were absolutely delicious as always!

Eric also a lovely care package full or goodies as well as receiving a very special letter which brought him to tears but meant the absolute world to him.

What a true gent Eric was and it was an absolute honour for our BLW volunteers to meet him & to grant his Wish last week. This was our 161st Wish for our oldest Wish person as Eric is 90 years old and what incredible life full of amazing accomplishments xx
